Planning depends on the property
Many ancillary garden buildings can fall within Scottish permitted development rights, but limits apply to their position, height and the amount of garden they cover. Conservation areas, listed buildings and tenanted properties can require additional consent. We check the proposed build against the property before work starts and flag where formal advice or permission is needed.
