When you submit our quote form or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, address or postcode, and the description and photos of the job.

How we use it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out the work you book. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party marketing.

Where it goes

Enquiries are delivered to our business email, hosted by Google Workspace. If you contact us by WhatsApp, your messages are handled under WhatsApp's own terms. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records (including guarantees on completed work), after which they are deleted.

Your rights
